Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time and you receive a full refund to the card you paid with — it usually shows within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Inside 24 hours the payment is not refunded: the hour was reserved for you and offered to no one else. You can still reschedule, below.
Rescheduling
Whether you are inside 24 hours or would simply rather keep the shoot, you may reschedule once, free of charge, to any open date. Rescheduling is arranged directly on WhatsApp.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp (+82-10-2898-9312) or email aureastudiokr@gmail.com. Include the booking reference from your confirmation email.
If a payment does not complete
Your card is charged only when the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is cancelled before that point, nothing is taken and there is nothing to refund. If you see a charge but no confirmation, write to us with the order reference and we will sort it out.
Weather and closures
Light rain shoots go ahead — they photograph beautifully. If heavy weather or an unscheduled palace closure prevents the shoot, you choose: a free reschedule to any open date, or a full refund.
If we cancel
If we ever have to cancel — illness, emergency — you receive a full refund immediately, plus priority rebooking if your travel dates allow.
